If so what do you guys think of their customer support..? specially ticketing support ...? dvduval 05-06-2008, 10:38 AM I use moneybookers quite often, and like them a lot. As for customer support, I found them to be a little slow, but overall I like moneybookers. gate2vn 05-06-2008, 10:54 AM Yes, I hope they can answer faster. For the provided service, I have no complain at all. Failsafe Payments 05-06-2008, 11:46 AM Their customer support is good when you receive an answer but mostly it takes over 5 working days before you get any. In my eyes that is not acceptable. alex-developer 05-06-2008, 12:32 PM Their customer support is good when you receive an answer but mostly it takes over 5 working days before you get any. In my eyes that is not acceptable. 100% agree, as normally huge companies like PayPal, Google Checkout, Namecheap reply within 24 hours. gate2vn 05-06-2008, 12:36 PM Slow, but not that long. My requests can be answered within 48hours, mostly within 24hours. Comparing to Paypal, many times I don't have any answer when submitting ticket alex-developer 05-06-2008, 12:48 PM Comparing to Paypal, many times I don't have any answer when submitting ticket every my email have been answered, but I have also the PayPal Customer Service phone number in case if no one reply. iemerchant 05-06-2008, 03:44 PM Their customer support is good when you receive an answer but mostly it takes over 5 working days before you get any. In my eyes that is not acceptable. Taking sooooo loooooooooong to respond to a support request is EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE in this day and age. And just to tell you guys, im hvn this problem with my account and its been more than a month now and i still couldn't solve it with them, their asking soo many things once every week responding to my support tickets and im in the verge oh loosing my patience with these people. Simply because their wayyy tooooooo lazy to respond and soo reluctant to understand that customer support should be as sharp as a Samurai Sword. And i've been dealing with internet companies since 1999, and moneybookers is the 1st company i came across who takes sooooo many days to respond to support tickets, I don't think even a government agency in Ethiopia would take that looooong to respond , Its really sucks :puke: And the most hilarious part is, on their website some where it says, that "If you submit the same question more than once, and that it will be pushed back to the last of the que" hahahahaha So imagine someone sends a support ticket and waiting for 5 days and on the 4th day, he get really frustrated and submit the same support request again, and he will be pushed back to the last on the que once again, Maaaaaaaan they really know how to entertain people :D:D maybe they should change their business from online merchant services to a circus :D:D:D bizcredit 05-07-2008, 01:59 AM I wont advise you to go for moneybookers because I had a same problem and lost lots of money. I think paypal is the best processor. whmanaged 05-07-2008, 03:51 AM I use paypal only moneybookers is an addon that one client just the other day signed up with us using them so im not to good with there service yet. so far what i see is very good! iemerchant 05-08-2008, 10:58 AM I use paypal only moneybookers is an addon that one client just the other day signed up with us using them so im not to good with there service yet. so far what i see is very good!
