Dear All,
I bought a reseller package from the Prontohost. I saw them on WHT advertisment section.
I bought the package on 3.5.2008. I paid the invoice. I am waitng 3 days for my welcome mail but no mail came. I opened a support ticket no reply came. And thier intelligent support ticket system auto closed the ticker after 24 hours. No staff about 24 hours!
Do you think do i have to wait or make a paypal dispute to that payment?

Send a PM to them here on WHT with your name and domain, hopefully they'll see it and respond.
A chargeback/dispute should always be a last resort.
Im so sorry this happened to you.... it really makes you shake your head and wonder how people can keep doing this to others.

Find out a phone number and call them up directly.

A chargeback/dispute should always be a last resort.I'm with that. Try to get a "regular" refund from them -- unless you're still ready to continue with them once you manage to establish contact.
Keep us updated!

I am sorry this happened to you. Unfortunately paypal will not honor disputes over intangible goods. Your best option is to try and get a hold of the hosting owner and work it out or file a dispute with your credit card company that was used to fund the paypal account
Best of luck

If you still need to contact Prontohost, you can PM PH-Kev (http://www.webhostingtalk.com/member.php?u=160228).

I think this is the last resort.
Do a chargeback from your credit card company and research a new host.
This time you better be careful. ;)
