Need to get a quote for a custom application I had in mind. It doesn't matter in which language it's coded in, it would be a desktop-based program, not internet related. All I can say is that it would involve recording mouse clicks, keyboard key presses, etc... although not remotely or unknowingly like at spyware-level...
