Hey

Does anyone here use webauthorities.com for their ded or atleast colo needs??

I'm interested in some of the servers they are offering - i might want to get one.

Before I go spending my money, I'd like to get some input from anyone who currently has a server with them or has had a server before.

How's their connectivity?
How about hardware?
How long have you been with them?
When was their last down time ? or last *NETWORK* down time YOU experienced.
are you happy with the service?
what do you think they lack if anything?

Please, don't bother telling me "do a search" save your self the trouble

Thanks

A couple of years ago I used the services of WebAuthorities -- they were using Alabanza at the time. Mike is an OK guy in my book and although we didn't see eye-to-eye on few things, the service was usually very good. Things are probably better now that he's on his own. Although I do not have first-hand experience with their current services, think of this as a vote for the person/people behind the service. :D

I had a server on Webauthorities for several months (when they're still at maedulles) and it was a pleasant experience. Support and speed was great. I just had to leave because I needed more bandwidth for less price. Anyway, I'd highly recommend Webauthorities.

Where did you go instead for less bandwidth?

Thanks,
