Hello, I am still in the crucial planning stages of my internet company. I am planning on reselling webspace/ renting game servers (maybe)/ providing custom website designs/ and computer-network services. I am about to purchase an athlon xp 1900 with a 60gb 7200 hd, 512M RAM, and unlimitted bandwidth.

I am looking for a web developer to create the website and to basically create the customer sites as well. Unfortunately, I do not have any $$$ to offer at this time, but I will provide webspace and 60 - 75% of the designs sold. However, if there are any other terms that you prefer, I will definitely listen to them because i am not here to rip you off.

I am looking for a very trustworthy and dependable person that performs well under pressure and that is not afraid to dive into this. I would love it if they are located in Southern Cali, but don't mind if you are located anywhere in the United States.

No you do not necessarily need to be located in the US. As long as we can communicate, we should be fine. Sorry, I don't mean to put any non english speaking people down. It's just hard to communicate unless we have some middle ground. :)
