I am currently using Typo3 4.1.2. My entire site is behind a login and access is controled with groups. We have very exclusive data so we are concerned about security. The problem is, our users are not tech savvy and tend to lose passwords or forget them. We are currently using the better login box and the "Forgot you Password" link. This allows the user to enter their email address. Typo3 then searches for the emails, verifies it and emails the person their username and password. I would like to add a security question as well as the email address but have been unable to find an extension that provides this feature. I have tried security_question, but it comes with no manual and I cannot get it to function properly. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
