I'm interested but I was curious as I read in past threads about support and current bugs.

Hello Matt,

There have been no current reported bugs, and the bugs that were reported in past threads were fixed (with the progress of those fixes documented in those threads, and ultimately confirmed in those threads by the clients that reported the bugs mentioned).

As publicly announced by avidInteractive, we admittedly had an issue with support, due to our workload, development schedule, website updates, etc., but have taken numerous measures to resolve this, by bringing in more staff, re-organizing our development and production schedules, and working on & making progress on more detailed documentation for all of our products to help answer many of the questions that usually fill our helpdesk.

We would love to welcome you on board, and welcome any questions you might have that may help in your decision.
