Tell me more live chat applications for options? Masud 04-30-2008, 04:49 AM We use Volusion and its very easy to use! Quite happy with it... EdwardTobia 04-30-2008, 05:56 AM We use Live Help Messenger by StarDevelop, great piece of software, meets all of our needs and is very customizable! Regards, Edward Tobia. sjtalk9 04-30-2008, 06:56 AM What other live chat softwares on one time license available? Sohan 04-30-2008, 01:40 PM Liveperson and Kayako get my vote. mooodi 05-01-2008, 12:31 PM ProvideSupport is a good chat software... and their support services are also brilliant. kazila 05-01-2008, 02:17 PM Liveperson is by far the best dhcart 05-01-2008, 05:34 PM We used Boldchat before. It's easy to use. But the prices are expensive. My choice is providesupport. Because the price is cheaper and easy to use and the design is good and it supports few languages. jwhitecomputers 05-01-2008, 05:51 PM SmarterTrack from SmarterTools hostmyserver 05-01-2008, 07:55 PM if you in a need of free once: you can check out http://www.helpcenterlive.com/ and http://www.craftysyntax.com/ they work great. eLief 05-02-2008, 12:22 AM We use 'Livehelp' by Star Develop, the owned license is pretty cheap, and it works very well. Liveperson is also very good, but it's a bit more expensive and the difference(for a smaller company) between Stardevelop and Liveperson isn't worth the extra price IMHO. paulorv 05-02-2008, 01:51 PM We use Kayako and have had no complaints about it. Easy to set up and looks clean on both ends. Pretty cheat too (15 or 20 bucks a month). Yeh, I will get it as soon as we can justify that extra cost. It's a brilliant application. It could do with some competition at a better price. It would be the WHMCS of the live chat. Yep, I love the Kayako one but if their GUI was more like Live person it would be perfect. JohnJ 05-03-2008, 11:59 AM I've always liked Kayako. It's a great live chat solution. dotcomUNDERGROUND 05-03-2008, 01:17 PM We use ProvideSupport.com and happy with it. rnavarro 05-04-2008, 04:37 AM We use Live Help Messenger by StarDevelop, very good app! And the price isn't bad either! Logic Surge 05-04-2008, 09:42 AM I use kayako supportsuite for chat, but i'd REALLY recommend ProvideSupport. |
