ProvideSupport is a good chat software... and their support services are also brilliant.

We used Boldchat before. It's easy to use. But the prices are expensive. My choice is providesupport. Because the price is cheaper and easy to use and the design is good and it supports few languages.

We use 'Livehelp' by Star Develop, the owned license is pretty cheap, and it works very well.

Liveperson is also very good, but it's a bit more expensive and the difference(for a smaller company) between Stardevelop and Liveperson isn't worth the extra price IMHO.

We use Kayako and have had no complaints about it. Easy to set up and looks clean on both ends. Pretty cheat too (15 or 20 bucks a month).

Yeh, I will get it as soon as we can justify that extra cost. It's a brilliant application. It could do with some competition at a better price. It would be the WHMCS of the live chat.

Yep, I love the Kayako one but if their GUI was more like Live person it would be perfect.
