Each server connected to 1gbit port WAN? Or is it only 1gbit port for LAN traffic?

Terrible test file download speed?

I'd like to get a machine, but the speeds are just so slow. It could NEVER even reach close to 10TB a month with the speeds i'm getting from it. I've tested from nearly 10 different data centers. The fastest speed I was able to get was about 600KB/s. Tested data center:
burst.net (PA)
layeredtech.com (TX)
theplanet.com (TX)
ovh.fr (France)
datagram.com (New York)
ntwx.net (Los Angeles)
and couple others.

I can only see XO routes for that test IP

I have a server with them i don't know what's with that test file but I get 450KB/s from it (from amsterdam, holland) and easily over 1-5MB/s from anywhere in the US as well as russia and france i hit 1MB/s easily.
