Hi,
I am not sure how do you support service to your customers,
but we only offer mail and ticket for years.
Today,a user contact the Registrar,
And Registrar give our private phone number on cooperate argeement to the user without our accept,
We think this have destroy the rules of our support way,
And we worry if someday they may publish or they had published our private data to others.
This is so un-safe and no guarantee to the co-operate.
How can i do now?
You whois record will normally have your telephone number in it.

Contact your registrar. Tell them its a breach of your privacy.

Tell them its a breach of your privacy.
If the registrar gave the number based on the domain name's public WHOIS record, it's not necessarily a breach of privacy unless, say, the registrar gave the phone number despite the domain using their WHOIS privacy service.

No,they have a reseller system area and our private info in it,
their customer service told us the phone number is from here.
That is why we think it is so incomprehensible at all.

May I take a step back & ask:
why your client wanted your phone number in the first place ?
and why did they go to your reg. [did they do a whois to find who that was in the first place].
Sounds like a rare occurance, why not just talk to both the client & your reg. politely stating you do not offer telephone support, please don't use or give out your tel. number in future.
Seems to me your worrying too much about this, if it happens 6 times a year even, would that be a problem ?
Maybe, without wishing to be rude, there is a language problem compounding things, with due respect, it is obvious that english is not your first language.

My understanding is that sad-about-webnic is a domain reseller for a Registrar. sad-about-webnic's client contacted the Registrar to resolve an issue & the Registrar gave them a phone number for the reseller. My understanding is that the # they gave was your private # and not the customer support number on your website?

I don't think there is a 'customer support' number as he does not offer telephone support.

I don't think there is a 'customer support' number as he does not offer telephone support.
Most probably this is the root of the problem, it could be the customer wanted to contact them urgently but could not find any number, therefore they have contacted the registrar.
I agreed with Brian-de-vie that sad-about-webnic should highlight to their registrar stating they do not offer telephone support so that no conflicts arise.
