Just curious how much a Fractional T1 would cost, at any speed whether its 128kbs or 512kbs. Price should include local loop, I wana get a somewhat dedicated connection into my house. And cant find any pricing information for Fractional T1s in the USA.

Very location dependent. For instance, where I live, 128k with local loop is over $400/mo... but in some areas of CA you can get a T1 with local loop for $500/mo.
