Hi,
I am looking for an elite web-designer.. one who has excellent skills with Adobe Photoshop or any other graphics programs. They must know a lot about HTML too. I am not looking for a web designer who can make a nice site out of just tables and frames.. But someone who is good at graphics and html overall.
