I have an idea for a software program that I would like built. However, I have been having a difficult time trying to find a good-quality flash application programmer to create it.

I can find lots of "web designers" who use flash to build their sites... but they are not application programmers.

In my situation, I need a flash programmer who has design skills, but also understands how to create actual flash applications.

Any ideas where these people hang out?
