Hello just thought these guys needed a little boost.

Ok, i was originally going to go with innohosting but i was out of funds, i noticed Fly High and LaneHost.

I requested live chat 2 times at Lanehost and nobody answered. I then sent 2 ticket 1 to sales and 1 to support, diddnt get no confirmation e-mail.

Finally i then got through to someone at live chat and they were friendly and told me to e-mail them using e-mail and not via ticket, this time it worked, and i got a reply a few hours later.

They worked out cheaper but their domain reseller was $8.99 and no end user support.

I then found Fly High, not herd anything about the company i as worried. I started a live chat with Tim and he was a pleasure to talk to, he was able to answer all my questions.

I signed up today and my account was setup within mins and they even uploaded and installed and setup WHMCS for me without me even needing to ask :D

Also their domain reseller rates are $6.99 which i though was bloody amazing.

Still early days, but if they continue like this i would recomend them to anyone.

Yeah, a one day review is kind of lame to be honest i do think its good that you had a great signup and thanks for letting us know but if you could def reply again in a month let people know how your first month went that would be cool!

I will do, the only reason why i posted so soon is that i may not remember the initial signup and how it went in say 6 months time.

I just saw this thread when hunting for one in this section, a bit late I know but thanks for the review and hopefully you will still be with us for many more months.
