Anybody with experience with both product can tell me some difference between the two? and is the extra $100 worth it for the supportsuite ?
couldn't find much useful information on the kayako site that outline the difference of each product.

Supportsuite also contains LiveResponse which could be of use to you if you plan to offer live chat support on your website, while the simple eSupport only contains their helpdesk which is really great.

so the only difference is with the live response ? otherwise all functions in the support ticket/knowledgebase is the same ?
