We host these Dell PowerEdge servers in our dedicated Berkshire data centre. This is a dedicated data centre that no other companies share with us, and we can host 5000 servers in it! We have staff onsite 24 hour a day, 7 days a week. This enables us to have the fastest response time possible for support requests.

Our network connectivity
We choose our connectivity partners with exacting requirements, and we know how important our decisions are to our clients. Currently we have 68,000mbits of network connectivity including Tiscali, Teleglobe, Interoute, LINX, and LonAP. We have over 200 peering sessions set up on UK and European exchanges. The currency we use is GBP. I would check with your bank to see what they will charge you for paying 59 GBP in your own currency; obviously exchange rates change all the time.

My 2 cents about RS;

I've been hosted with RapidSwitch since 5 months and I can say this,

THEIR NETWORK, SERVERS and UPTIME ROCK!


They inform you if you had any problem with server via SMS/EMAIL (basic monitoring). If there are problems with cabinet you have servers in, you always get notification in your panel that telling why problem occured and how many time it lasted. Thanks RS, I saw this only 3 times and the longest was 11 minutes ;) I made a really good money and customer portfolio by using RapidSwitch.


BUT, I am not happy with their strict rules, I recommend you to read carefully the TOS page while ordering. Maybe this is why, I am hosted with budget packages I am not sure. They are very strict to me and I am about to move because their previous 10TB deal has been ended.

I would really want to recommend them to change the style of business if they wouldn't ignore me.. I believe they will get more and more customers being a little flexible.
