Hey. Im very new to these fourms, I haev just actiavated my account. I was wondering if there are any really good or good free webhosts....Because i want to build a site but i do not think i want to pay because i will soon give up on it, SO i am wondering if any of the 200000 memembers that are on can anwser this, Thanks a lot! That not a good way to ask for free, or sponsored hosting.
Free hosts just plain suck. Popups, invasive visitor tracking, blocking of outside linking, slow loading ect.
Now sponsored hosting is cool, but a host most likely will only offer to sponsor promising sites, and one requirement would be to keep the site updated.

Why would you need a host if you know you will stop doing what you need it for soon anyways?

look in the offer forum.... host offen give away free hosting.... i got one from pixelhosts.com and its awesome :) I can now sperate my personal sites from my other sites :stickout
