No, we do not have our own staff on-site at bluesquare. FumiEU is the staff that handles it, and sub thirty minutes. Generally sub fifteen minutes, but it can take up to thirty.

whats the catch? come on an xeon that cheap? what kind of support is offered? Do you offer remote reboot? Do you offer cpanel & fantastico? what about b/w overage

The Xeon's are old hardware, they are not new (the 733's are from the late 1990s). We have 24/7 support.

Remote rebooters are not currently available. cPanel and Fantastico are not supported on these servers, they really aren't meant for it.

As the supplier of this, I would like to state this range has been retracted due to the severe negative attitude it seems to have generated.

Please do not make any purchases through HFY, in regards to these models.

These models were supposed to be a tentative possibility at gaining marketshare on behalf of our partner (who we will be announcing at a later date), and in thus doing so - ourselves. We were off-setting a small part of the cost - our partner, the rest.

I would like to say that I'm a little disheartened at the comments that were made on WHTIRC in regards to our company, as a result of Dougy's advert.

Can I ask what agreement we have with HFY? As far as I am aware, we have never entered into a reseller/partnership agreement with the afore-mentioned company - and as such, they have never been an authorized reseller of fumiNET Solutions.
