Hello,
VerseHost is looking for qualified applicants to fill the following part-time positions as independant consultants:
◦ Forum Moderator (2 positions open)
Moderate VerseHost forums to enforce rules and stimulate conversation. You will receive a VerseHost Reseller Basic package for your services (negotiable). Must have good understanding of web hosting and willing to represent VerseHost on the forums.
◦ Technical Support (2-3)
Help users diagnose problems through CPanel and SSH. Answer questions. No root access. Pay is negotiable; preferably pay-per-ticket. Work is minimal - only a couple tickets per day.
◦ Adv. Technical Support (1-2)
Solve problems and answer questions with root access. Pay is negotiable; preferably pay-per-ticket. You would most likely have to solve only 2 or 3 tickets per day at most - minimal work (such as deleting files, changing IP address). Must have through experience with Linux, Apache, general configuration, and WHM/CPanel.
Please understand these tech support positions are not full-time positions and are intended for those qualified who wish to utilize some of their spare time for some extra money or want to learn more about web hosting.
The tech support work is not time consuming (3-4 hours per week at most), we are just looking for some people to cover various times of day to improve our 24/7 technical support response times.
You should be a hard-working, professional, knowledgable and friendly person. Your gender, age, location, etc. does not matter as long as you meet the qualifications.
