I found a firm called digitalswiftness.com
and we agreed for a reseller package only reason that i select is they are giving best price in europe i talked with them throug their livechat option and they say their server located in England. i made a search for their dns servers and found that they are using ip s belong to home.net
i got worried about did their servers really located in England.
I asked it in live chat about home.net they say only we have some relatiopns with them they donot say anymore
are they reliable and their servers located in England?

Well, based on that traceroute... their servers are based at Alabanza. (You can tell that by the 13th and 14th hops...) At any rate - the servers aren't based in Europe, even if the company is.

Use there software. A simple whois, and then trace route will tell you these things.
If you dont want to download the app, goto the dos promt and type tracert domain-name.com

When you do a whois for the domain name, they display the domain Name Server records [ eg -> ns1.blah.com ns2.bleep.com ]. blah.com and bleep.com is usually where the domain is hosted.
But, if the website has its own name servers, do a tracert, and jsut before the last hop, it will display the domain name where its hosted.

you mean to say the 18th hop ?
Some times there isn't 1 hop between the host and the server your site is on.
You can usually find out who the host is (or who their host is) by looking up who runs the IP block their name servers and site is in. I use a program to do it. Not sure where there is a web based equivalent but I am sure I saw one once.
