You may be better looking at a VPS that way you will you can configure it to your needs.

Its highly unlikely that you are going to get anywhere near those specs with the money you want to pay. If you do, then its going to be a massive overseller that will kick you off as soon as you start using anywhere near the limits (if there are any), or that your site will be strangled to the point of uselessness.

If you want that much storage/transfer, get a server.

I use FDC, it is around $140 but it gives me ~ 9 TB a month with ~2 TB of space.

I believe that all web hosting companies are working with in advance payments. ;)

No host offers no hits limits. While they might advertise huge amounts of disk space and bw if you actually read their terms you will find they have very strict rule on what you can do and will suspend you if you start using a lot of resources.

Webspace 250 GBI'd go for a dedicated server, should I have such needs.
