hi,
I've been with webohtingpad for 2 weeks now and things are not going to well, I don't know if its me not going to the right place or they don't actually offer what they say they do. I have registered in there support section on ther site and opened tickets and been a week now with no reply to ANY of my questions, any one using webhostingpad please help me with the following if you may....

1. the help desk, do they actually have one for only registered users, and if so where do I go for that?

2. the vouchers for yahoo and google, I did'nt recieve them and can't find a link for them in my cPanel, does anyone know where I can access them from?

I'm only posting this here because the staff they're are not helping so I hoped their users can, and please let me know if you are a user, as if it stays like this I won't even be able to cancel my account before the 30 day period as I can't get hold of any of they're staff

the help desk is more important than the vouchers as from they're I can get answers to all my questions, but if its only the one they offer at theyre site (support centre) which anyoone can register to, users and non users then this really is a pain in the neck as I hav'nt recieved any replies from them for any of my tickets in the past week.

So if their's anyone using wehostingpad as the host please help me, Id be really greatfull

kind regards
omi

If you can't reach them after multiple attempts - leave.
Try via phone / direct e-mail if the other method still fails, maybe they're not getting your tickets for some reason?

This doesn't sound good at all, I agree with David. If you can't get in touch with them and they are not providing you what they said they would, I would get my money back and move on.

thanks for your replies. I decided to open a new ticket but this time in a different department (support), I got a reply the same day (yesterday) saying after carefully reveiwing your ticket we decided that the "Marketing" department will be of better assistants to you, and they try there best in offering the highest support and my ticket is qeued!?!?!

LMAO, all of my tickets that I posted before where in the "marketing Department"
I wanted to reply on the same ticket but if I update it then it will go straight back to the end of the que (as they say)

I have a feeling they are just playing me about now, how can tickets be qeued up for over a week, what if there was something I neeed A.S.A.P and I have to wait over a week to get a reply that brings me back to square 1. very bad support and I don't recommened them to anybody if your looking for good & fast support.

I honastly think I've waisted my money on thembut by the time I open a ticket the 30 days would be over and their head quarters is in US and I'm in the UK so Idon'tknow howI can sue them for giving false detailof what youget in your account......big mistake going for the cheapest host, its notthatI did'nt have the money to go for another one but why go for another when someone offers the same for a cheaper price, and it aint even the same as the features are not even offered, the question is now how the hell can I sue them, I can't even leave them now, after they press charges on the domain that I got which I can't even move to another host (as they say in the refund policy),plus the installation which will add up to the amount I actually paid as I got a $25 discount.

Thank God I onlypaid for a year,I wish I onlypaid for 6 monts!!!!!!

I would just leave. There are plenty of other companies around.

I to have had a bad experinece with webhostingpad.com

There was a cpanel glitch that I was told nothing could be done about until the next cpanel release. This glitch made the hosting account useless for my purposes (I won't go into this here).

All I wanted them to do was to cancel my recurring billing so that I would not be charged again for a service that I could not use.

I was told that they could not do that. I was also told I had to cancel when the renewal notice was sent to me.

What it boils down to is that they gave me a difficult time for no reason. Perhaps the person I was dealing with was having a bad day or few days.

In any event I received some of the poorest customer service that I have ever encountered.

I would not recommend webhostingpad.com to anyone even if it were free.
