I'm currently tinkering with a VERY good small scale shopping cart called "Cartweaver" ( http://cartweaver.com ) for a clothing boutique which seems to do the basics really well. It was written by programming expert Tom Muck (and maybe someone else, just in case I'm not giving full credits) but I'm looking for something with more features.
I have heard many people talk about OSCommerce in these forums and from what I have also learned- CRE Loaded is OSCommerce packed with a lot of modules in it.
I am also kind of curious about another product by Eric Meyers (CSS Guru) called E-Cart.
Since I like to do everything with CSS and DIV tags, it seems like this might also be a good choice.
What I like about Cartweaver is you can build the page how you want it and then just insert <?php include tags (or press a button and it inserts it for you) to make the store look and work how you want it to.
As far as CRE Loaded and E-Cart work, can anyone shed some light on either one of these carts or perhaps both??
