Sneaky they don't mention in this offer it is only if you sign up for 3 months, for 1 month they add 15%. Was considering it but now won't because of it.

- In theory 100Mbps bandwidth is equal to 32.000GB.
- These offers are 100% dedicated servers on a 100Mbps non-shared uplink. This is NOT VPS. At the moment LeaseWeb doesn't offer VPS. But we will soon. This will be powered by Dell, NetApp and Cisco hardware.
- The offers are in Euros. This is also stated in the post.
- The server hardware of these offers cannot be upgraded.

I'm sorry for being unclear in our communication. The 3 month pre pay period is however one of the reasons we can provide such a low price. LeaseWeb is a serious ISP and we certainly do not have the intention to trap you or hide information.

This is an offer for business customers who are used to be quoted ex VAT. If you're located outside the EU you don't have to pay the VAT. If you're located within the EU and you have a EU VAT number you don't have to pay the VAT either.

Being paid 3 months in advance is one of the reasons we can provide such a competitive price.

Nevertheless point taken, next time we will improve our communication.

2- We notify the contact person of the account about this (email)
3- We give 24 hrs to either remove the content or provide proof of copy right (according to Dutch law)
4- If within these 24 hrs the content has not been removed or proof of copy right has been provided the IP address will be blocked.
5- Once the content has been removed (or proof of copy right has been provided) and we've been informed about this, we will remove the block of the IP address.

Furthermore, if LeaseWeb terminates a contract, a credit amount will be refunded for the remaining period that has been paid already.

My collegue Bastiaan will react to the above case later on.

I hope to have provided you with a better understanding of our abuse policy.
