I am looking for someone who can take Visa and Mastercard, I already have Paypal, Moneybookers and Alertpay, but looking for someone else.

With a low setup or free, and a low monthly cost

I did have a 2checkout account, but was unable to provide the id they needed, so they closed it.

similar to PayPal but without Pro merchant services is PPPay.

Should not be a big problem for you to get a merchant account without the set-up and monthly fees if you can show a good history and proper due-diligence.
