Located in Silicon Valley, our Santa Clara, California center offers a mix of cabinet, cage and custom space, as well as roof rights for microwave links and other antennae systems. 2400 amps of redundant 48 volt DC power are available.

My hosting company supplys streaming services to our customers. A big problem we notice with some companies/datacenters is that there lines are unreliable to provide consistant speeds at their peaks.

For example, I'm getting 60k avg from your site now. How reliable are oyu to provide those same speeds 24/7/365?

How long have you been in business? How many employees do you have? How many clients do you have?

Do you provide 24/7 tech support for colo clients? What is the charge for remote hands work?

Do you have a web site (www.verifast.net appears to be a not-yet-finished shared hosting company)?

Do you own the datacenter? I'm guessing from your description of "our Santa Clara, California center" that you do, but I wasn't sure.

Is bandwidth Cogent-only, or is there a backup?

Your datacenter description says "2400 amps of redundant 48 volt DC power are available", but there's no mention of 120v AC availability. Is the colo offer for 48v DC equipment only?

Speeds are very reliable, you can test the download speeds at different times of the day to see what you get. We had this connection for 8 months are there has been no downtime. We have a full 100mbps demarc directly from Cogent.

If you need to have the server managed 24/7 then the charge would be a extra $125 per month.

The data center is in the old colo.com building and now owned by Clear Blue.

The connection is Cogent only but very reliable and uptime of 8 months.

If you need feedback from a current customer just ask. I promise you will be happy with what you get.

How much is additional RAM? (And is it per month or one time?)

If I needed to install the Dell OpenManage software for Linux (to be able to manage the 1650's temperature and hardware stats) is this possible?

Ram is a one time fee and you can install any software you want on your own server.

48V DC is a standard for telecom. The Clear Blue is 120V AC, and they can probably pull in 220V also. I'm sure they can also provide 48V DC for a fee.
Most telecom equipment - modem pools, mux's, etc. - runs on DC, whereas most data center stuff - servers, routers, switches, etc. - runs on AC.
