Hello,
I think it would be useful to provide a forum where web hosts can post a list of domain names where the owner has fraudulently tried to sign up for an account and the resulting order has been charged back.

This would be an invaluable resource to hosts new and old!

Not a bad idea, but the legal implications would be huge - they would never consider it.

K just so many con artists out there it gets hard to validate them when they use someone elses card details but gets the address etc correct

I guess we should start phoning people instead

While I'm not opposed to any "deadbeat database," (I would use it as another added benefit) I think it is the hosts' responsibililty to try and minimize fraud. A variety of methods I've used - only 1 chargeback since january.

Some "shady" people could also scam people they don't like and add them to the list and then have people get all over them if they try to signup.

Good idea...but not practical.

I do not think there should be a forum for that. You should rather think of a website related to your query
