Our support ticket management is for user end issues, and not server end issues. If something server (root wise) needs repairing you will have to have our server administration service.

Phone support is so that all of your customers can call into a 1-800 number, enter your extension, and select the department that they wish to speak to for all technical support, abuse sales, billing, and customer service issues. We have operators for around the clock support to ensure that your clients will have the websites up and running 24/7! (We also have a 1-800 number for you to call in about questions to your account!)

Have support, sales, and other emails that are overflowing? Need a break, or can't do it by yourself? With our email response service will ensure that your emails get answered in a timely fashion! This includes all departments, and if server administration is attached to the server in question it is included also.
