I am thinking to run hosting business. Could someone tell me if Sphera HostingDirector 3.5 is good Hosting Automation tool. I am planing to buy AutoHost Server with Sphera HostingDirector 3.5 from Dialtone.

Absolutely, We Love it. There is no other product out there that offers its level of customization and integration.
We have been able to automate our sign up procedure w/ a few
OpenAPI commands. We have been hosting with it since the begining of the year and have had no hiccups.

Sphera is a very expensive hosting solution. But it's also very powerful. I know we are looking into purchasing the complete system, its valued at $5,500 and around $2,500 per year for 500 client license.
