I would like to know how bandwidth is made.

Also, I believe Telstra and Connect are the only two in Australia to have a connection to somewhere (sorry but this side of stuff isnt my area). So would that mean if someone was to get another connect like they have, you could charge rates like in America for bandwidth, not the crazy prices of $1 for 1MB over.
