WHT Talent Search 2002
If you win the talent search, you could become the next owner of a daily household process.

That is exactly right! We are here on a search for talent. I have seen many different types of talent on these forums, and this is the time when I will gather them together to see who is the best of the best.

To compare to other talent searches, think of us as the sponsoring agent to this talent search. We are looking to find the best of the best in each of the fields to bring them together in an innovative invention.

What the heck is the point? Simple. Our statement is that we are looking for the best at what they do. We will then take these people, and either create a profitable innovation, and market it, or we will place them in an atmosphere that will expand their business.

For example- An entry could be a new administration panel like Cpanel for web hosting. Or you could enter your script archive, that has a paying membership. We welcome all ideas, and we welcome innovative ideas that aren't even in production yet! If you have an idea, that you think can be a huge success, post it here! The whole point of this talent search is for us to make one of your ideas a reality.

The entries voted to be the most popular, will then be made a reality by our company. We are looking to fully back 3-5 project ideas from this site.

Contest Rules:
-Two entries per person, or per company.
-The idea must be explained to a point that we can judge on it. We do not expect you to give the full detail but up until the common "NDA Point". Which means, just to the point before you as an individual, or a company would request an NDA.
-The idea must be able to be sold in an outright manner, or be fully backed by a team of operatives.
-No company, or individual is to contact any of the judges should he or she find out who they are.
-Even though we don't control the forums, we ask that only entries are posted. We do not want this to turn into a thread that takes 30 mins to pick out the entries, thank you for your cooperation!
-We do not limit age, however, we do request that you don't waste your time, and only post an entry if you can fully support it, or provide some sort of support physically, or financially.

Entry Critiques (voting standards):
-Creative Idea
-Innovation
-Ease of use
-Market Implementation
-Customer Market (is there a need for this idea)
-Reliability
-Idea AND USER integrity.
-Future Position (the chance of profit)

Please be aware that with holding this contest, we do not guarentee any winners. Also be aware that with a winner, paper work is necessary for the legal portion of an agreement in any partnership with Jeoworks LLC.

If you are wanting to make one of your ideas a reality, then you have found the jackpot! This is your chance to make your idea propel into its market making a bold statement. With our support, we will bring your idea to the top. We have the extreme talent of locating success, and making it explode into its market.

We are here for our benefit, and for the benefit of the contest winners.

Contest is now open at 1:20am EST., on Wednesday August 21st, 2002.

The contest will end when the maximum amount of entries is reached. Each entry will recieve a full profile with a review by the judges. This will be posted on a website, to be announced later.

You must provide a contact. You do not have to supply a phone number on this preliminaries, but we will require a full profile if any relations are going to be pursued.

Please don't contact us, we will contact you!

Thank you for your time!

Good Luck!

So are you basically looking to reward creative ideas and purchase the rights to them? The competition seems to be very broad.

Could you please honor my request?

I don't understand the last statement, I am not trying to undermine your effort but I would like to understand

1. The scope of the competition
2. How can I find out about the rules before I consider submitting an entry.

Thanks.

I posted rules/guidelines.

For example.

I was presented with an idea of online file storage. Now, I worked with this presenter for about 2 months on developing a product that would sell. We then hired programmers. Right now the product has a price tag of 14k on it. It is in discussions with JEG, AOL, and CNET.

This all came about because some individual presented me with an idea 7 months ago.

I am ready for another one.

Participants may not use the Forum to solicit users for any project or purpose external to the Forum; public, private, or commercial. Most importantly our userbase is not a resource to be "mined" by individuals, groups, or businesses, for profit or not for profit.

I'd suggest at least the ad forums.

The title is made to represent where the search is taking place.

WHT Talent Search simply states that it will take place at the WHT forums. Now if you will read the subject title, you will understand that it says online talent search. This shows that its an online talent search, and the sub-header is for the purpose of naming a location.

Do you see a trademark, or any other simple legal term? Simply stating the WHT does not make it against their rules. If what you are talking about was true, anythign made in referrance to WHT would not be allowed.

Thanks.
