What should i do when i know a website is using a illegal/nulled copy of kayako?

I know one host that is using a nulled kayako.

report it to Kayako or have you?

Yup, sure did.. in fact im talking to one of them right now ( i have their personal msn's)

Interestingly enough, some nulled software will show where the copyright for the company would be "Nulled by ...". I have seen a couple of sites sporting this and it has always puzzled me. Not sure if this is the case with all nulled software, but good job for keeping your eyes peeled. It's always best to contact the manufacturer so they can handle the problem.

Usually the key.php is missing, but that's not always the case and anyone can fake the key.php file with some encrypted HASH just to make it appear legit...
