try WordPress as it will be a little easier fore ya then the phpwebsite

It looks like that other company probably did code that themselves im afraid, wordpress is more like a blog. But with so many skins out it can be made to look like a complex website or different things.

If you really want something advanced and have no clue, then i suggest paying a web designer to do the work for you. I would not expect to get this for free unless you had connections.

You can try various Blog scripts and CMS scripts at http://www.opensourcecms.com/ before install them.

As soon as you choose one, download it and install it. It's very easy.

Cpanel and wordpress are different things. And do not depend on each other. I think that all that you need: learn about HTML, dreamviewer, blog software, forum software and CMS.
You need to learn that to understand all.

I would suggest you to find someone to design your website. It will cost you something but at the same time it will save you a lot of time. From what I see there are some things you need to install and if you can not do that it is better to hire someone.

About Wordpress: There are some very nice themes on WordPress which will help you to organize your content, but I doubt you need a website build on Wordpress. If you still want Wordpress you can install it on your own. Just go to Wordpress.org and read instructions.

It was developed with Dreamweaver 6...but there's more to building a website than just buying Dreamweaver.

I agree that Wordpress is the way to produce a decent looking website on your own. Otherwise you need to buy in skills.

Or you could learn a little bit more about PHPwebsite which you already have there and make that look your own.

Theres several CMS out that are free and thats more user friendly than phpwebsite.I ask about cpanel because MOST Cpanel host offer fantastico which makes installing and trying out various blog/CMS type of scripts simple with a few clicks.
You can download and install wordpress free and get tons of really nice templates free.

Or try these:

both of these are easy to set up, use, and maintain.

You are kinda limited until you learn some html and other basic stuff.

It seems that you are developing a education based site. PHPWebsite CMS may be complex or less in features. Templates are very less for PhpWebsite CMS
My solution may help you,
1. Download & Install Joomla CMS or Ask your Host Joomla.org
(Cpanel Web host and many other control panel allow auto install)
2. Download FREE templates, for your website the below template would be best.

or try other (Tons of templates are available for FREE)
3. Install the Template you like.

Thats it! Go edit your content

Are you actually from Lahore? Web Development is mighty cheap in Pakistan (although quality is always questionable). If you are totally new, try Net Objects Fusion of Microsoft Frontpage.

I still think he should give MS Frontpage a shot. Most people have used Microsoft products, and the interface is fairly similar, so it may be easier for him to design something, and probably a learning experience too.

i open the file name sc_title.ping and sc_header.ping.i have trial version of adobe fireworks but i dont know how to change the image & header now.i try to import the new title , it comes up then i save it.but it didnt come on my site.plz help.

Goto public_html/templates/rt_showcar/images/sc_title.png
Rename the file sc_title.png to sc_title.png.ORGINAL
Rename the logo that you have to sc_title.png and upload it.

Browse your website.
