I apologize for my ignorance but what is the difference between PayPal Pro, Payflow Pro, and Payflow link?
I simply need to add a credit card option for payment on my website--we sell a subscription based product.
What is the costs/features with each of these?

PayPal Pro is the new name of Payflow Pro (Paypal bought the CC processing part of Verisign (Payflow) a while ago).
No idea on Payflow link.
Costs depend on merchant account provider. Gateway access cost is rather high, but percentage of sales charged is very low.

Payflow Pro is the higher end offering that has an API interface, additional features, etc. Payflow Link is for less sophisticated integration where you direct customers to a form on PayPal's site, where the billing information is collected on their end. If you're using a shopping cart or e-commerce platform of any sophistication, you'll probably want to use Payflow Pro.
You should be able to get the pricing from their site or a sales rep; pricing (as with any payment processor) depends to some degree on the transaction volume. For higher volume customers, Payflow Pro is usually pretty competitive on the pricing, but it's comparatively high for lower volume customers.
