However, could you elaborate on how long it would take to set up an account, what kind of turnaround time for support/sales questions and even perhaps more support pages ? As a potential customer, it would be easier for me to surf around your site to see in detail what features you offer rather than send you an email with each question I might have.

In terms of email support, it is usually the within 2-3 hours.

Nice features? There's no such thing as "UNLIMITED BANDWIDTH" For most companies, it costs at least $2.00 for 1 GB of bandwidth.


I think you'd be better off going with a host like http://www.Site5.com/ or another recommended host in these forums :)

Once again, Unlimited really is unlimited. If you are skeptical, give us a try and you will see that it truly is unlimited bandwidth.

At the moment we are not providing dedicated server rentals. The alloted bandwidth limits have yet to be determined.

OK im going to ask a friend of mine to sign up an account with your company, he will sign up a software co called evrsoft, this is a download only site, last time i know they have over a million downloads and gets around 3-400GB data per month. Their next release will be sometime this year.you will be expecting a call from them.

SDSL? :( Nope.... you can only do max 330GB on such SDSL with T1 speed per month. Forget about that unlimited bandwith... Besides, I won't even trust a web host using xDSL!

I don't think you understood what I said, it is an SDSL line at a T1 speed(1.54MBps). We have unlimited bandwidth and our started plan is not marked incorrectly.

I don't even care if your SDSL is at 6mbps speed! SDSL is not a reliable connection and should not be used for any good web hosting business! Period.

Now, somebody here is looking for at least 1000GB-2000GB of transfer per month (http://www.webhostingtalk.com/showthread.php?threadid=6811). How can you even provide that with T1 bandwith (max out at 330GB per month!). Explain it to us....

If you think that, that is your opinion. Just slap a monitor on our line and you will see it does not go down. We have used earthlink for along time and have not been down once.

Earthlink provides some of the most reliable Buisness high speed access. We are on a direct link to them not loop. The T1 lines offered by them are on the same back bone. Why not try our services? If you think the line is an issue try us and if you see any issues of that sort your intitled to your 15 Day Money Back Gaurentee. We beleive you will be more then satisfied with our services.

You can not offer unlimited bandwidth (no host can, although many hosts, not yours though, have the resouces to offer very generous amounts) you are limited by your poor line speed. Your T1 line has a max speed of 1.54mbps (megabits per second) which is .1925MBps (megabytes per second). Theortically that could push ~498GB per month, but with evening/day traffic variations you would do much less than that probably around 300GB per month. (you must be dumb if you think you've got the resources to offer unlimited bandwidth, I'll send you a calculator if you wish ;) )

So your reply to the below is false. You can not support anywhere near that.

Saying the line has been reliable so far is not very reassuring, it could down that at any time and without redundancy you're f*cked.

It would not be sensible to offer unlimited bandwidth on our high space plans since the more space a web site contains the higher levals of bandwidth it requires. We give unlimited bandwidth on our first plan since it has limited amount of space (10 Mb). We offer quality web hosting services, like we said there is a 15 day money back if you are not satisfied. So give us a try worry free.
