Is there any truth to the rumor that HostCharge is set to release their new MCC today???

I am waiting on this before I start service with them and I cant seem to get a response from their staff.

That wouldnt bother me...I have been waiting for the new version to come out for awhile now...I havent been able to do future payments (I offer free trial offers all the time) and the new version will support the feature :D

I just was able to get on their site now (3:34PM EST ) but there site hasnt been updated as of yet...

hey guys,
we'll have something to show you tonite, either screenshots or a base model of the new mcc.

I'll also prepare an email to send out to all our clients via newsletter on the new features the mcc will contain, just to get you guys drooling a bit (:cool: ) and will post it on our forums as well.

I'll keep you updated.

if not tonight trevor (the base model) when do you suppose? I have a gut feeling it'll be monday of next week, but even so.. keep up the excellent work. :)

well.. it would be the best thing for them to simply say it will be released soon and give no date as this places people in "party" mode and then no party...

we will see what happens on 9-5...

Apparently the hosting control panel nightmare is now moving to the MCC market ;). Didn't even get the screenshots as promised :(.

First of all, on behalf of Hostcharge, I would like to apologise for the delay.

We would love to launch it as early as possible and let you guys enjoy the new features of the mcc, and we know that we have promised to have it launched on the 22nd.

As much as we would like to fufil our promise, and as much as we are as excited as our customers to see our new mcc being launched, we have to be responsible for our own product and delay it.

Our programming team was about to finish the mcc and apply the finishing touches when they discovered a bug. Due to the complexity of some of the new features in the mcc, it is inevitable for a bug or two to appear, and we need to rectify it in order for the mcc to operate smoothly.

We have to make sure that it is relatively bug free for you wonderful customers to enjoy and use, right?

I hope we will not be waiting for long, and soon we will have the new mcc launched and make all of the waiting worthwhile. =)

Winnie HC, I think everyone is understanding of the change of date for the new MCC. I think we all had our hopes up when it was announced that the new version would be released on Aug 20th, then the 22nd, now Sept 5th...

I think it would be best just keep the "COMING SOON" mentality, and wouldnt mention any dates (even if Sept 5th is 99.9% sure to happen)

I'm not complaining though, the service is great :)

i hope that you will definately release on Sept 5, not on Sept 11.
