I have been looking for a customer support chat application that could be administered on a Mac.. I finally found the following:
WebsiteAlive
http://www.websitealive.com
It's platform independent. No Java. No plug-ins, reguires no client or operator side program and is free..

Looks good. If you use it, let us know how it runs. I was looking at Live Helper a while ago but the connection tended to drop out a lot, and would show me being offline when I wasn't. Ended up using Human Click - not the best on features (the free version) but it runs like a dream.
If this one you found works as well, I'll think about making a switch.

I also think I'm going to try it. It looks like it would be better than humanclick and livehelper. I like the fact that if I am at another computer, I don't have to download software.

I'm still doing some testing and will probably make it available to my clients at the beginning of the week..

Does WebsiteAlive Lite allow you to chat with multiple customers at the same time ? Also does it allow you to customize it with your own logos and graphics ? We are currently using LiveHelper and we're having the same problems as mentioned above.
