Hi. We have a customer on a port on a cisco cat. 2924XL - he is paying for 2MBPS. Is there a way we can cap his port at 2MBPS so that he cant access more than that?

Thanks

Not on the 2948XL, you would need the 2948G to have access to the QOS options.

You can use an external box, such as a Packeteer, Xedia, or even a Linux box with IPTables to do this.
