Hello, I have an reseller account in Enom (subaccount of Modernbill) another reseller account has made a push of 3 domains to my reseller account. He received 3 email with the confirmation, but the domains are not in my account!
Does anyone know that happening?

Check the account name they were pushed to.
I have been having some troubles with the eNom control panel recently. Not the same as yours, but indicative that things are not right. Ask the reseller pushing the domains to raise a support ticket.

eNom has been suffering with mulltiple areas of their Reseller program not working - for over a month no confirmation emails went out when new domains were purchased - all of a sudden yesterday we received over a month of purchase confirmations
Did u submit a support ticket at eNom?
Hey. I just experience the same problem trying to push 2 domains from my ETP account to another reseller. "unexpected processing error"

I've seen the same, no confirmation emails for several known transactions. And yes a support ticket was submitted. With a general response that doesn't answer the question.

I placed a support ticket when it first started and their response was TWO days later that they were working on it - heard nothing for a week and then I asked What was up and they then responded it was fixed which of course it was not - was a good 4 or 5 weeks before they fixed the email errors
