I use www.domainguru.com but have also heard great things about www.000domains.com as well as www.godaddy.com metioned above

000domains is wonderful, yet it's $13/mo.

you can get plans (as nolnet said) for under $10, but i think if you're only going for 1 or 2 domains, 000domains has a great control panel utility. Less headache, but that's just me. GoDaddy is also nice :)
