I think you are going to have a pretty long list considering all those $0.99 hosts out there. Secondly, what exactly is the point to this list, wouldn't it be better to base it on quality, uptime, customer service etc. than the price? or base it on both, but not the cost alone? :)

There are literally thousands of hosts in that price range. Of the ones you picked, I'd choose Shaghost. If for no other reason than the guy's got a good sense of humor. :)

You may be able to consider Digital Web House in there because their lowest plan which a friend of mine purchased is only $20/year which INCLUDED his domain registration... so if u took the cost of a domain off, it would be under $15/year for hosting, i think.

I dunno, this fit in that category ???

Just goes to show you that you should have better criteria for choosing a host...

Way to resurrect an old thread...

I wouldn't expect much for $15.00 a YEAR.

I mean, how much do YOU do for $1.25 a month/$0.04 a day ?

We know you have a budget, but what are your real hosting needs. Unix / Windows ? Databases? How much bandwidth? How much hard drive space? Number of mailboxes?
