Ok, I've made up my mind. It is so crucial to be able to have a technician on the phone 24/7/365 if you are a reseller and don't own and therefore know the NOC and its servers by heart. I just can't signup for a reseller account that does not feature this, I'm not saying that my clients has to get this too, just me, as the reseller. Therefore, venturesonline.com goes bye bye...and so does hosting24-7.com because of their ugly admin panel that does not fit at all with the layout or design of my website.
Therefore, guys, help me out here....what other hosting companies offer good reseller plans and have the toll free number support 24/7, at least for resellers ??? Thanks !!!

Thanks for the tip, but I just don't feel like browsing through each and everyone of them to see if they offer 24/7 toll free support or not, that's like going to webhost search engine and looking at their list. That's why I meant if any of you knew of one....except for ***** and Hosting24-7.com. Thanks anyways !!

I do believe that Burst.net offers what your looking for. Just note, that having this toll-free service is certainly going to increase your prices. If you look at it this way:

Most businesses that offer 24/7 toll free support to resellers offer it to THEIR customers as well. So their prices will reflect the high costs for tech support. In other words, your resell prices are going to have to be high and you probably won't be offering 24/7 support to your customers. But I have to say finding "Good" reseller plans that offer 24 hour phone support (by good I'm guessing you mean inexpensive), is going to be nearly impossible.

I'd suggest being a little more specific on what plans you want to resell. Eg. Reseller Plan price/Hosting Plan prices ect.

Why do you need 24/7 Toll free phone support? Everything that can be accomplish through a phone call can just as easily (if not more efficiently) be accomplished through a goog ticketing system.

Most 24/7 lines (in my experience anyway) are manned by 1st level techs that will most likely take your info down and open a ticket for the call. Why not just open the ticket yourself and skip that frustrating step. I say frustrating because people who want phone support most likely want immediate resolution while they're on the phone (I know this because that's what I expected), and that's just not going to happen. I had 24/7 phone support when I started reselling for 9netavenue and it was useless. Useless because they had no tracking of my call other than me writing notes of who I spoke to, when, why, etc.... This information could have been tracked much more efficiently through a ticketing system like Wonderdesk.

I prefer a ticket system to toll free support myself if i really need to talk to them i will pay the dime...i dont mind.
