I am asian we don't have much facial hair :) mack 3 is over kill :stickout secludo 08-20-2002, 04:38 PM Originally posted by akashik Gillette Mach 3 :) Greg Moore I third that opinion and I'm female! Seriously, they made that "Venus" thing and it sucked! I thought they were the same razor only the Venus one was femalized, but I tried that and then the Mach 3 and it's 10 times better. jhcashman 08-20-2002, 04:39 PM Originally posted by secludo I third that opinion and I'm female! Trust me its worth spending the extra money.. Have any of you who use the Mach 3 ever tried the electric ones and if you have why didn't you like them? imitech 08-20-2002, 05:31 PM Mach 3 for me too…I find the blades last longer and it gives you a smooth finish. Gillete best a man/women can get :stickout shaunewing 08-20-2002, 05:35 PM Mach 3 here... use it everyday (or every 2nd day on weekends :)). I've never used an electric shaver - but I like the Mach 3; just about the only shaver that doesn't cut me :stickout --Shaun jhcashman 08-20-2002, 06:09 PM Originally posted by shaunewing Mach 3 here... use it everyday (or every 2nd day on weekends :)). Actually I just checked I too have a Nerelco not a gellete :) :stickout Rotifer 08-20-2002, 06:17 PM I shave my legs and my face (bike racer - if you have ever had road rash you understand), I'm with Secludo - the Mach 3 is where it's at. secludo 08-20-2002, 06:22 PM Originally posted by rockergrrl I use the Mach 3 as well.. :) Venus sucks... and their blades aren't worth the price for what you get... Glad I'm not the only one. I agree, the blades aren't worth it, I knew that the Mach 3 was good when I bought my Venus, so I bought a bunch of extra refills and it was a piece of crap  The Mach 3 Turbo blades are even better than the Mach 3 blades, men's razors kick ass. Phrozen 08-20-2002, 06:26 PM I have a Norelco electric shaver... so I guess I don't vote. jhcashman 08-20-2002, 06:28 PM Originally posted by Phrozen I have a Norelco electric shaver... so I guess I don't vote. y isn't there an "other" for the rest of us? Studio64 08-20-2002, 06:55 PM I"ve used electric razors before and I can never get as close of a shave as I could get w/ my Mach 3.... My only complaint... The blades are so freakin expensive... Does anyone know of a generic brand that compares well w/ the Mach3? I just hate paying $7 for a few razors..... Doesn't seem right by me for some reason... webarama 08-20-2002, 07:07 PM I use a Schick razor but Gillette shaving foam :D JTY 08-20-2002, 07:47 PM I've got my Norelco... when I need a close shave. I use some electric shaving gel, makes the hair stand up. FiberOptic 08-20-2002, 08:02 PM Philishave Mester 08-21-2002, 12:32 AM Remmington electric Never used a razor in my life Never been cut by shaving Excpet the cost of the shaver itself, it only $20 every 2 years for new screen and blades :) interactive 08-21-2002, 12:39 AM lol mach 3 all the way all the electric's ive ever tried neevr cut close enough...and rotifer lol i race motocross...ive had road rash more times then i probly have hairs on my head (riding with shorts on isn't exactly the smartest idea in the world especially when you keep doing it over and over) but i like the fact that i have hair on my legs just another prominent guy thing IMHO lol ToastyX 08-21-2002, 04:40 AM Electric, because I'm lazy :stickout WebmastTroy 08-21-2002, 06:50 AM Originally posted by ToastyX Electric, because I'm lazy :stickout Ditto citrus 08-26-2002, 04:18 PM I used to use a mach 3 with Aveeno shaving cream (for my easily-irritated skin) but the mach 3 would shred my skin apart, so I recently switched to a Remington MicroScreen2 (electric) and I'm loving it. When you shave with a hand-held razor it actually rips off a layer of your skin, but an electric dosn't do that... Anyone with sensitive skin should check out electrics... btw- I also tried a Schick a while back and it was nothing compared to a mach 3 or any other electric... :) chinchilla 08-26-2002, 04:20 PM Dunno... they're yellow. :) Frosty 08-26-2002, 04:26 PM Why doesn`t anyone ever mention permanent laser hair removal? That`s what i`m getting. Why shave when you don`t have to...it`s annoying. Sick of shaving legs, bikini, arms,.....toes. JMD 08-26-2002, 04:36 PM How much is that going to set you back??? Frosty 08-26-2002, 04:47 PM You mean price? Wait...not sure who you`re talking to. You can usually get one armpit done for like $200 bucks...i think. It`s worth it IMO. RackNine 08-26-2002, 04:56 PM Rusty knife with muddy water, do it the man's way! :D -Matt Lonny 08-26-2002, 04:58 PM Originally posted by akashik Gillette Mach 3 :) Oh Yeah!
