I'd appreciate it if anyone could recommend a good FAQ/Knowledgebase software? I'm also looking for something free, I've already gone through the HotScripts PERL/PHP scripts directory, but nothing there seems to appeal to me.

Faq-U is one I've always liked. Currently not under development but I like the layout (not the color) With some CSS etc it scrubs up ok, and doesn't have that square block look a lot of other FAQ scripts have

You can use the KB inside of perldesk (which is free if you don't mind links back to makers)

I found this to be about the nicest, especially when used in conjuction of the ticket system (which you can add tickets to KB)
