We previously catered to small local businesses (for 18 months or so). We only recently expanded into the global market, roughly a month ago.

The domain was supposed to be registered a good few months ago during the planning stage, for some reason - this was overlooked.

For all intents and purposes, this is a new company - and we understand if this puts anyone off. Although, this hasn't seemed to be the case so far. :)

If anyone is contemplating going with fumiNet, I am a customer now for, oh, a little over a week. I realize that doesn't give much material for a review, but here goes anyhow...

In addition to the great deals that they have posted, fumiNet has phenomenal customer relations, excellent support, and they're nice. My budget server in PA rocks, with good response time and no glitches so far. And when they say fully managed, they mean it. They have been more than attentive to my needs.

It's tough going with a new company, and I had a tough time deciding, especially since I was very happy with my previous host. Due to the fact that I wanted to move from the West Coast to the East Coast anyhow, fumiNet's specials grabbed my attention and I couldn't say no.

Contrary to my usual cautious behavior, after chatting with Dawson (for much too long of a time than he should have realistically budgeted for a small-time customer), I signed up for a budget dual Xeon on the 6 for 6 plan. My family was shocked at my impulse shopping, and right after signing up I was a bit nervous myself.

All doubts were dispelled however, when after less than a day passed and I got my server. They transferred everything over from my old server as part of the service. And that was that - no muss, no fuss. I think the whole server config/setup process took just a few hours. After the DNS propagated, I was cookin' with gas.

just wondering how you got it

it is more then 4 days of my order ,
and still not got my server

about 16 hours ago they said

" ok your server is setup , and ready we have requested your login details from our provider it takes 1 hour"

so after 3 hour when contacted

i got

"Hello,

We are still awaiting the login details from our supplier, we will update you once we have them.

and it is 16 hour (after they said 1 hour remain), and waiting that there provider wake up and give me my login details

You only passed our fraud verification process VERY recently, due to the nature of your ID (mis-matching at one point). Once you have been verified, setup can take up to 72 hours. If this is not acceptable, then we will happily refund you - as previously stated.

Any further issues can be dealt with via the helpdesk, but the staff have been told not to answer your tickets when you spam the same thing four times in a row.

This matter will not be dealt with any further on WHT.
