Hi, I recently signed up under Quantum gateway, and I have some questions about the Processing settings.

I wanted to know if you use "Sales", "Authorization-Onlys", or "AuthConverts*".

If you use "AuthConverts", what option do you have checked?

If you could even PM me this it'll be great. If you could let me know why you have this check or don't have this check it'll be great also.

I use AuthConverts as then you can use the CCV MATCH and etc to detemrine if the card should be converted to approved.

Hi, thanks for the reply. I'm guessing the checks you have is default, and that you only have "Address & ZIP code do NOT match." unchecked?

What's disappointing for me is that there is no phone varification. Meaning I can't varify if the phone they enter is same as the billing information. So I can't call and ask if its the real credit card owner.

Do you do anything to limit fraud order/credit card or stolen credit card being used?

I'm being too precaustious but I think its better so I could avoid this as much as possible.
