Hi,

I have done a search, and couldn't find the exact answer to what I am looking for.

I have a client that wants to send outbound emails through my server.

I have got POP auth turned on and everything seems to be working well.

Only problem, is that I have tried sending from one of my other email addresses that has nothing to do with this server, domain is on another server, and I seem to be able to send.

How can I stop this so that only active customers (domains) can send outbound mail???

Grant

Under email parameters, removed all entries in RELAY FOR THE FOLLOWING HOSTS/DOMAINS and save.

That should fix the problem.

Not sure about that but it works for me beautifully with no problems as yet.

What problems do you face with Pop-before-SMTP ?

None, just thought i would add that in :) Its a slow night

Seriously, its just stopped out of nowhere one or 2 times, just put a cron job on to monitor it and its fixed itself up :) its a good solution, but sometimes it takes the customers a few phone calls to understand that they have to check their mail first...
