Rackshack do a 10mbit deal - $400 per month I believe

yup - got a few of their compaqs at RS allready - and they actually do pretty well. Unlike most, Im pretty fun of Rackshack :)

However, I was looking for an alternative to RS. Dont want to put all my eggs in one basket...

do a research in the Special Offers forum, i believe i saw some deals.

DV2 was doing a colo special a while ago where you could rent a rack and 10mbit connection.
They are doing a special really cheap racks at the moment and then you buy the connection, sailor said to email and they can do a special, may be worth a try.

So, what if you signed up for http://www.cogentco.com/Access/real_estate.html and your "tenants" just happened to be 1U racks?

I was unaware of these great prices for Cogent, I'm going to see if I can get my apartment complex to buy into a fiber rollout! :)
