Acquirer with own payment solution, Acquirer and Payment Service Provider or collector. It also depends if you would like to accept local payment methods or not. Other important criteria may be important in your choice such as PCI DSS compliancy, Fraud Detection, ... Some German Acquirers with own payment solution: Pago, Acceptance, B&S Card Service, Concardis, Wirecard, ... Local Payment Service Providers: PayOne, Ogone, Computop, Telecash, ...
