so far they have been pretty good for $50 a month, but it took a little over 2 weeks to setup my server, and they made us pay a year in advance! they took another week to install the proper redhat (someone said it was pirated) and then hsphere (which was outdated) then the psoft people finally came and isntalled it, STILL forgot the liscence, and after using hsphere, i dont really like it, so i figure ill go with another CP (free, simplecp.com) but hsphere threw files all over the place so simplecp cant install, now they want $300 to reinstall redhat!!! i REALLY dont think this is fair, and i cant find the link to their forum on there site ANYWHERE, i WAS on the main page!!! if someone is here from this website or knows the forums link, please post it, thanx for you help in advance.........

The link to the forum above isn't very good and is under used - 1 User was logged on when I went there and the most ever users online at the one time was 6..
These forums at WHT are pulling in hundreds of people per hour!

$50 a month seems quite cheap.. I hope you didn't expect too much,
what specifications did you get on the server?

pretty good, 1ghz, 256mb ram, 40gb hd, its pretty good, i just would expect it to be up within 1 week
